To Whom It May Concern:

         The opinion I will express is that hedge hogs should be allowed as pets in California.  I think hedgehogs should in California because only certain people with permits would be allowed to have them as pets.  Just because they are spiky rodents doesn’t mean that we should not be allowed to foster them.  Our society should not be able to control where an animal lives.  Other states should not be able to keep hedgehogs if we aren’t allowed to domesticate hedgehogs.  Besides the citizens of California should be responsible enough to keep them in a hopefully comfortable cage.  Keeping hedgehogs is the perfect responsibility for young children: remembering to feed and give them water will prepare them for later life.  So stand with me! Rally against the injustice! Let hedgehogs live within our borders!

Vote Hedgehogs for California!!
